1. Set measurable impact goals…
such as: Which group are you trying to reach? How many people? How do you hope they will change?
2. Work with us…
as we measure your progress. We will let you know up front what we need - contact info to send surveys to your participants, project data such as meeting minutes, one-on-one interviews with you, etc.
3. Share your findings…
with peers, funding agencies, and decision-makers. Our deliverable will be a full written report and/or an easily sharable one-pager with impact statistics, participant quotes, and recommendations.
4. Learn and grow…
using data-driven recommendations for improvement. Our formative feedback will help you make your project even better!
